THE PROCESS

Step One:

Visit the COMELEC Office of the Election Officer in your city/municipality for voter registration, and confirm their current Tues-Sat schedule (usually 8 AM-3 PM).

Step Two:

Present a valid ID, complete the application form, and submit it to the Election Officer for verification and an application form number.

Step Three:

Proceed to the VRM Operator to have your biometrics (photo, signature, and fingerprints) captured.

Step Four:

Affix your signature on the form in the presence of a COMELEC staff, and keep the provided Acknowledgment Receipt safe..
