THE PROCESS
Step 1:
Visit the COMELEC Office of the Election Officer in your city/municipality for voter registration, and confirm their current
Tues-Sat schedule (usually 8 AM-3 PM).
Step 2:
Present a valid ID with your address, complete the application form, and submit it to the Election Officer for verification and an application form number.
Step 3:
Proceed to the VRM Operator have
your digital photograph taken, your signatures recorded, and your fingerprints scanned into the system.
Step 4:
Affix your signature on the form in the presence of a COMELEC staff, and keep the provided Acknowledgment Receipt safe.
